Major Stormwater Division Project - Cumberland Council

Considered one of the most significant projects of this type in recent years, Live Services diverted two (2) 1200mm stormwater easement pipes totally 200 metres in length. The project required Live Projects to navigate through an extremely high-volume B double traffic route & main intersection. This diversion allowed for the construction of a 5 storey basement carpark, 80 unit block and sporting club in Auburn CBD.

Major Water Main Upgrade - Randwick Council

In the pursuit of futureproofing the city, this considerable project involved the upgrade of a large component of the water supply to Clovelly, Sydney to increase overall supply for the forthcoming developments in the region.

Major Sydney Water Sewer Diversion and Water Upgrade - Cumberland Council

This project consisted of temporarily diverting the 225mm high flow sewer main around the inside of the basement structure. Considered almost impossible by some contractors, Live Services completed the challenging task promptly and to specifications.

Further works also increased 70m of water main from an inadequate 100mm pipe to a new 200mm main, significantly increasing capacity for a new development and the rapidly growing surrounding area.
