As a highly regarded professional in the civil and building construction industries, Ryan delivers a unique combination of technical and commercial skills to a wide variety of commercial and boutique projects.
Ryan has more than 10 years of specialised experience in site-based roles and another 11 years of focused experience in senior managerial roles.
Displaying resolute, focused leadership from conception to completion, Ryan consistently delivers projects within budget and on time. Revenue growth and profit maximisation are always paramount across all facets of each project. Ryan has a keen focus on fostering existing relationships, as well as developing new relationships across the industry. Being uniquely proficient in both the boardroom and in the field, Ryan has an outstanding ability to maximise the potential of a project, minimise unnecessary expenditure and quickly & efficiently troubleshoot any issues that arise.
CHRIS SCHROOR
Board Member - Development Professional
Chris was previously Executive Director - Commercial Development for Springfield Land Corporation. During his 10 years in that role he spear headed all development associated with the $8bn, 2,830ha master planned city. This involved all aspects of the development process and a significant focus on managing strategic relationships.
He has been directly in partnerships with groups such as James Fielding, Mirvac, Macquarie Bank, Suncorp, NEC, Telstra, Energex, University of Southern Queensland, ABC Childcare, Leighton and Lend Lease.
